1. Liability Insurance $1,000,000 Certificate

One Million Dollar Liability Insurance Required for all vendors before selling at the market. Gavigan's Furniture and Frederick Farmer's Market are both required to be listed at Additional Insureds. The address for both is 1215 West Patrick St. Frederick, MD 21702 and the email to use for both is wffmltd@gmail.com. The Certificate of Insurance should be emailed before your first market. 

2. Permits & Licenses

Copies of all required permits and/or licenses for what you are selling by the Health Department should be emailed before you start selling to wffmltd@gmail.com.

3. Annual Vendor Fee

The annual vendor fee amount will be due on your first market day.  If you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive the amount due via email.
